After receiving our confirmation email, transfer the payment through the provided channels and send us the proof of payment. Once verified, you'll receive a guide on how to prepare and ship your clothing to us.

The turnaround time varies for each product. You can check the specific timeframe in the product info section. Once your order is ready for delivery, we'll notify you via the email and phone number you provided.

Kindly note that once you have confirmed your order, due to the highly personalized nature of our product, we may no longer be able to cancel your order upon request.

We typically send a visual draft before starting your order. If you need to make changes to the color, quantity, or size, please let us know as soon as possible.
